HSSC Recruitment 2024: Knowledge Test Syllabus
To be selected for a Haryana Police department, candidates must pass a Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). Successful candidates then take a competitive Knowledge Test. The test is multiple-choice and bilingual (Hindi/English). General category candidates need a minimum of 50% to qualify, while reserved category candidates require 40%.
The HSSC recruitment 2024 exam syllabus shall include questions on General Studies, General Science, Current Affairs, General Reasoning, Mental Aptitude, Numerical ability, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, other relevant fields/trade etc. There shall be at least 10% questions relating to basic knowledge of computer and atleast 20% questions relating to basic knowledge about the Haryana state.
HSSC Recruitment 2024: Exam Pattern
The Constable exam is an offline, OMR-based test with 100 compulsory questions. The paper is bilingual (English & Hindi) with no negative marking. Each question is worth 0.945 marks. Candidates must answer all questions and will lose 0.945 marks for unanswered questions. They have a total of 105 minutes, including 5 extra minutes to review answers.
